Downloading updates of Topaz Lab’s Photo AI (and Video AI) on one’s (Mac) workstation doesn’t work, and hasn’t worked for a long time. This leads me to ask why are “Update(s) Available” even featured in your product UI, when customers by necessity need to go to your site and trudge through the process of downloading and installing manually?
Please create a Topaz Labs Hub to assist easy installation of products on customer’s computers. The hub should offer registration, download, installation, update and re-purchasing of products without leaving the individual customer’s working space.
You might have a bloker, as we do not experience this on our Macs on our side, and most users (Fred above confirms) do not either. You can find the direct links to override this block by bookmarking the Releases page to bypass this blocker!
