Education | How do I use dng files with topaz image

I have just bought the $9 per month Topaz Image. But I cant seem to upload raw files. Surely I am not restricted to using jpg files? Any help appreciated

Hi.

You’re need Topaz Photo for RAW Files I’m afraid here’s a list of supported File Formats: PNG, JPEG, WEBP, TIF, and HEIC.

Note: WEBP, TIF, and HEIC files are converted and exported as PNG.

Thanks for your message — Topaz Image Web currently supports PNG, JPEG, WEBP, TIF, and HEIC files only, so RAW files aren’t supported directly.

If you’re working with RAW images, you’ll need to convert them first (for example to JPEG or TIFF) before uploading.
