I fully appreciate the Autopilot but sometimes the effects that are applied have more impact than I want them to. How can I fade effects? Simply “turning down the volume”?

You can control the strength of each enhancement in two ways:

Preferences (Autopilot Settings): You can adjust the default behavior of Autopilot so effects like Sharpening or Denoising are applied more subtly from the start.

Enhancement Controls: After an image is processed, you can manually fine-tune the strength of each applied enhancement (like adjusting the “Amount” slider under Sharpen, for example).
