Doctor Syn

The Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway has run through the Romney Marsh since 1927.
The world famous one-third full size steam & diesel locomotives power their way along the 13½ miles of track from the Cinque Port town of Hythe, terminating in Dungeness; a National Nature Reserve.
At this time of the year the platforms are usually packed with holiday makers and so getting a photo of a ‘Whole train’ is unusual. On this occasion we pulled into a station and Dr Syn was stationary on the other track giving me the chance to get a few shots from our carriage.
