So, you telling me, that me waiting for more money so that I can upgrade to the latest version of Gigapixel AI, literarly forced me to be stuck on 6.3.3 as I cant upgrade to 8.4.4 for the discounted price I was promised anymore?

Can you really not make the 8.4.4 available as a last upgrade or something? This is just silly now.
Are you saying you’ll been told you can’t upgrade Gigapixel 6.3.3 to Gigapixel 8.4.4 or are you saying you’re having difficulty updating the Application from version 6.3.3 to version 8.4.4.
Because, this seems to be one side of a two sided conversation so, please could you be a bit clearer with your explanation.
I am saying there is no option to buy the upgrade anymore. I could not afford it few months back and now it is all messed up with the subscription. I hoped I can at least upgrade to the latest Gigapixel AI without the subscription, but apparently not.
But honestly I am now evaluating that version in trial mode and I am slowly getting an impression, that it won’t add much to my workflows, so maybe I’m fine with 6.3.3
As a previous customer basically, you’ve owned Gigapixel in the past therefore, if you contact the good people at Topaz Support because they really are good people and ask politely I’m sure they’ll be able to help and allow you to purchase the Upgrade for Topaz Gigapixel AI 8.4.4.
if you are not finding any benefits to v8 for your needs then you can use your owned v6 as long as you wanted! To get v8, now that you mention you were waiting on funds and they are avaialble, you can write to support@topazlabs.com and we can invoice you for a renewal and manually add the v8 version on the account once the renewal invice paid!
