I sent my external hard drive to repair because it didn’t appear in my MacBook Pro . they sent me a new one with all my pictures in it, but now, all the pictures that I edited with Topaz appear like corrupt files. Please help me, I’m desperate.
Good idea to see if others have another idea on how to save those.
I discussed with this user by email already, and I cannot open the files in Photoshop or Lightroom Classic. Those files were completely corrupted when the driver failed. This is not an issue with Topaz Photo.
You might want to share one file here so others can test.
