I am getting “Rendered Failed” for any and all Astra video renderings using any model. Tried it on two accounts, short videos and videos that have rendered before. Looks like an outage.

it’s funny… i bought credits for the first time and i could not even use one to render a preview.. waiting since two days.. nothing is working..

How do I remove the failed renders from my queue?
At the moment, there’s no way to manually remove failed renders from the queue.
They should drop off automatically over time, but if your render keeps happening or gets stuck, please contact support@topazlabs.com — failed renders are handled differently, so we can check what caused it and clear things up from the backend if needed.
