I wonder if anyone else is experiencing the same issue? I can still launch Topaz from Photoshop. I contacted Topaz’s support and what I got was “the version you purchased has been discontinued”. They just asked me to send them “Recordings" of the launch process. Not really that helpful.

There are two ways of lunching Topaz Photo AI from Adobe Lightroom Classic either from the File Menu then Plugin Extras or Right Click on the Image or Thumbnail and selecting Edit in Topaz Photo AI are you saying that neither method is working.
I don’t use a Mac so, I don’t know the answer therefore, could it be an issue with the latest Mac OS26 but then again it still works with Photoshop in addition, have you tried reinstalling either Topaz Photo AI or Adobe Lightroom Classic

Correct. Photo AI is a discontinued program, but we can still troubleshoot your issues of your owned version, as we do not have any other reports of v3.2.2 that you own, not launching from LRC, when we are able to troubleshoot. To so so - Next steps are to get a screen recording of your workflow or book a Zoom session, both of which were repeatedly refused on your end. If and when you are willing to troubleshoot, we can have a look and sort it out. You can also check here for tips from the community if anyone had had this issue and knows a fix.
Thank you for your kind response Ange. Could Topaz send me a screen recording of Topaz Photo AL 3.2.2 sucessfully launched from Adobe Lightroom 15.2.1 and also returned the processed file sucessfully back to Lightroom 15.2.1? On receipt of your recording, I will reciprocate with my recording.
Hi And-E, I tried both methods but both failed. I uninstalled and reinstalled Topaz Photo AI 4 times but it is still not working with Lightroom Classic. I use Windows 11 and not Mac OS.
For sure, we sent a recording now showing that we are not able to replicate, with v3.2.2 on a Mac. Both plugins work correctly.

I’m now steping away as the brilliant Ange from Topaz Support is in contact with yourself I certainly hope this issue is resolved quickly and allows you to continue using Topaz Photo AI.
Incidentally, if you’re interested and as you already own Topaz Photo AI version 3 you can still upgrade to the final Topaz Photo AI version 4 just ask Ange politely if its possibility

Hi Ange, Thank you for your kind response. Glad to hear that V3.2.2 works well with Lightroom on a Mac. Unfortunately, I am running Windows 11.
it would be the same for Windows, we cannot recreate even on v3.2.2
