So I tried to take advantage of the discount for my next renewal. I tried six times and it never took my information or credit card information which was autopopulated.
Yesterday the servers were experiencing some issues and the team was able to get them back up and running late yesterday evening. The auto-renewal sale is being extended a bit to make up for this issue that a lot of users experience. Try going to the site again now and completing the purchase again.
