Is there any difference between version TVAI 5.5.1 and beta version 5.5.0.5.b or are they exactly the same?

The 5.5.0.5.b version would be the public 5.5.0 version, and 5.5.1 was released after 5.5.0.

Here is the change log for 5.5.1 which includes support for Intel ARC ‘Battlemage’ B580 and B570 GPUs
