My year is UP and I have been blocked from all previous updates?? Do I own my previous program or Not? After all YOU USED some of MY images to enhance YOUR updates.

Hi Andrew,

If your license has expired, you’ll be able to continue to use the last version that was available prior to your 12 months being up. If you downloaded or updated to a version that was released after, you won’t be able to activate. You can find previous releases on our downloads page.

As for using your images, we only gather customer images if you explicitly give us permission to do so.

I’m with you Andrew. This product has been a nightmare of updates and bug fixes producing new bugs. Not one version has ever worked properly. In a recent update the crop settings have changed and now I’m stuck with this rubbish and the only way to fix it is to pay Topaz more money. I’m not giving them another cent. I will search elsewhere for something I can BUY AND OWN.
