DeNose AI - How to use question(s)

The product tour says to use it early on, and also to save as a DNG. Does this mean that DeNoise AI would replace JPG to RAW AI?

Or should I first use JPG to RAW AI and then DeNoise AI?

JPEG to RAW is a format changer - DeNoise AI is to denoise. Change the format (Jpeg2Raw) and then denoise I would say,

Thanks Jack, that makes good sense. I guess I thought “early on” meant “first”. Obviously not so.
