I am reporting some bugs in the hope that maybe they will be fixed in future versions 
after applying the parameters:
Remove Noise: 100
Sharpen: 100
Recover Orginal Detail: 0
A grille appears on a smooth background!
file / preferences / advenced preferences / enable discrete GPU:
when YES is selected - the target quality after saving the settings is worse than when NO is selected
image quality after saving is adequate when it is marked:
“Enable Intel OpenVINO”, but this option often turns itself off (every time I open DeNoiseAI I have to check if it is enabled)
