Post the specs of the laptop. Please include the RAM, Windows OS version, GPU with its dedicated vRAM and the driver version. Don’t forget the version of DeNoise you are trying to use.
Thanks Austinx.Cox. I upgraded my graphics card and couldn’t get the topaz window to load. I was thinking it was the new card, but this solved it!!!
