When I try to denoise a photo, it just works on the face and leaves neck and below as it is. Is there a way we can do the entire body?
Hi. Please can you confirm it’s Denoise you’re trying to use because, it looks like you’ve describing Recover Faces in which case Photo AI is behaving as expected and only recovering the face and not the rest of the body.
However, if you are describing Denoise after all then, here are a few tips to help you out.
Once you’ve loaded your image within Photo AI
Goto Add Enhancements and from the list select Denoise
Within the Denoise panel and just under the word Denoise you’re see two buttons labelled Controls and Edit Selections
Click on Edit Selection the panel will change and you’ll now see Auto Selection and a box with a down arrow
Click the down arrow, a list will appear from the list pick the best one that suits your need for instance in your case select either Subject, Portrait or All to Denoise the whole image.
