Without Denoise AI:

Both images are using the same settings in Camera Raw (-3.5 exposure, nothing else). The only difference is that one was processed using the “RAW” AI model through Denoise AI and the other was directly imported into Photoshop. Neither file has been edited more that Denoise AI and Camera Raw.
