DeNoise AI crashing while opening a picture file

while trying to open any picture file (JPG or RAW or even trying test with a sample image option) DeNoise is crashing.
my machine is MAC mini 2024 (chip M4, RAM 16GB, 150GB free disk space). OS version is MacOS 15.5
DeNoise version i have is v3.1.2

few seconds after trying to open a picture file, i am getting window with message “Topaz DeNoise AI quit unexpectedly” and i have 3 options/buttons: Reopen/Report…/Ignore

if i am using option browse to open a picture, i can see it in small preview window, but DeNoise is crashing once o click on Open button.

Computer reboot or fresh DeNoise install is not helping
I don’t have CoreMLCache Folder to delete it.
In System Settings in Privacy and Security , in Security section for “Allow Application from” it is selected “App Store & known developers”.

Have tried few solutions i could find on this forum, but these haven’t worked for me
