Whenever I encode a video Topaz Video ‘defaults’ the save location to ‘Original Folder’ rather than the ‘Default location’ specified in options.
Could you possible ‘default’ to the DEFAULT location, because ‘defaulting’ anywhere else is not saving to the ‘default location’. Why is there even an option to specify a preferred ‘DEFAULT LOCATION’ if is DEFAULTS somewhere else.
Here’s an idea, why not allow the ‘Default Location’ have an option for ‘Original Folder’ or alternative folder, that way, if a ‘Default Location’ is specified it will save to the default location, otherwise it can save to the ‘Original Folder’ then everyone is happy.
Whatever you decide to do, can we not have an option for DEFAULT LOCATION unless the software DEFAULTS to that location please.
