Customer service

Both my Denoise and Sharpen stopped working when I installed Windows 11. I have been going back and forth with customer support and have yet to get a solution, apology, or discount on the new AI. I have had to take additional steps to get around the situation but this has been the worst customer service experience I can remember. In my business, the customer is first and one should do everything possible to make them happy!

I have both Denoise and Sharpen on Windows 11 and they are working fine. Did you try a full uninstall and re-install? What did you try so far?
