Please send your logs to support and the will provide you further troubleshooting steps

To do that, open Topaz Photo AI and go to the Help > Open Log Folder menu option and Email me all the logs files in the folder.

Also send us your computer’s full system profile

I had to uninstall the update 2.3.1 and re-install 2.3.0 so I could continue working so I don’t think the log file will help. I am not the only one with this issue.

The logs are to help our developers with fixing the bug but yes downgrading for now is the recommended temporary fix
