Crashes with Dione TV

Hello,

I have some random crashes when using DV PAL input files that I exported from premiere in RAW AVI format. Does not always happen, but let´s say from 10 files it happens to 4 of them. Always the same files then. While rendering the final file the software just closes without any error message to the desktop. What could trigger it? Are there any logs I can look into?

My system: Intel i9 9900K, 16GB RAM, Windows 10 64bit 20H2, GeForce RTX 2080Ti

Not all bugs can be reproduced on all machines. When this happens, we may ask you for your logs. Here’s how to get them:

  1. Open your Topaz application and Go to Help > Make sure File Logging is set to On, and if it isn’t, click it to enable it.
  2. Click Help again > Open Log Folder. Delete everything in that folder.
  3. Close the application and re-open it. Note the time.
  4. Recreate the crash or errant behavior event. Close the program.
  5. Head to Help > Open Log Folder to open the directory for your crash logs. Zip up the contents of this folder and send it to us."
