Convert to 60fps don't work (stuttering)

Hi
I have an Issue with “Converting to 60fps”:

My Source-File is an normal mp4-Video with 25fps.
If I try to interpolate the Framerate to 60fps, it’s not working like expected…

There is a Stutter visible!
Randomly the Frames get repeated, instead of interpolated…

I use the Preset “Convert to 60fp” (Chronos), but it’s also not working with Apollo Frameinterpolation…

What can I do?

Does the video have duplicate frames before running it through TVAI?

No the Video has absolutely no duplicated Frames, I have checken it Frame-by-Frame

Can you please select replace duplicate frames? If that does not work, please share the following;

  1. input file
  2. exact repo steps
  3. exported file

yes sure
I have uploaded a Folder “Test Video AI” to your Dropbox.

You see there the original 25fps-File, the in VideoAI rendered Result and a Screenshot from my Settings.

Hey, I see you are using Beta, this needs to be moved to the appropriate Beta channel

But this Problem happens with the release Version, too

I was not able to reproduce with v3.2.4 :frowning:

I don’t know what has happened, but it seems it’s working now on my Computer, too :+1:

Ah, I See:
It works now with MP4-Files as Source, but MXF/ProRes Files not working!

There the Stuttering still appears…

Is it possible that your machine is unable to play the ProRes file without stuttering? Can you share the file with me that was generated with a ProRes encoder?

I currently can’t send the ProRes converted file, because I‘m in Vacations.

But I see it has been happening again also with the same mp4-Files sometimes!

And another Problem:
The start Frame is repeated twice
