Continuous Recoverable Errors - Video will not export

  1. The bug / behavior you have encountered:
    I have been trying to export a video using Proteus and keep getting a “recoverable error” message in the end. The Video will not export.When I hit retry, it errors out after a couple more minutes. I had a system crash mid-render yesterday, and it hasn’t worked since. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application, but clearly something is still wrong on this system.

For starters the logs are showing this as version 1.2.1 which has not been released yet by the company.

I would recommend that you install a full release version and use a valid license to unlock the app for use. Then if you have an issue with the app send the logs to the support team at help@topazlabs.com for assistance.

Using unlicensed versions of the app is not supported.
