Every time I open Topaz AI, model files have to be reloaded, often taking ~5minutes. It has never done this before; once model files have loaded, they don’t have to be re-loaded.
Same problem here. Anyone has a solution?
Model manager (in the File menu is supposedly a way of downloading models but I have never got it to work (as of Video AI v4.0.9 January 2024).
Model Manager? Where? File Menu of what? I don’t see it.

I am using Video AI on a Mac and it appeared as an option on the top line “File” menu from v4.0.7 onwards).
Photo AI – Same issue here. Started since the last upgrade. Happens with both the stand alone and the photoshop plugin.
Had the same issue with Photo AI / Mac. Found solution in these forums that suggested disabling anti-virus, VPN, several other items, then deleting Topaz app related .plist files (preferences) and re-install the app. I opted to only delete the plist files and that worked: solved the issue 100%.
