Colour-cast Correction

RAW processing seems to change the colour slightly. I notice in LrC there is no profile attached to the processed file. If I make adjustments in Calibration by eye I can get back to approximately the original colours of the profile I usually use. If I make a preset of this adjustment it appears to work on all files
Could you provide presets (I use Nikon and Adobe) to give us a more precise colour correction
or just reapply the profile of the original picture?
