Tried searching…no luck. It said it would take 5 minutes. I have given up after more than 30 minutes and this was AFTER the file uploaded. 180 credits gone. Rendering locally instead.

Thanks for sharing the logs, it looks like the file did complete on the server and you should have been able to download it from the cloud queue. If you have not or were not able to do so, send me an email at help@topazlabs.com, and I will get you a clean download link for it.
The cloud processing may take longer than estimated, depending on the number of videos in the queue for processing.
ahh interesting…so the interface said something like “post processing” or some such and never said anything to indicate it was done.
