What happens to the 212 credits I was charged and how do I get a working render now?
The log it generated.
Hope you can help me.

The credits have been rolled back to your account for use in the future.
It looks like the file timed out when trying to upload and that produced the error. Looking at the logs, is the original source video in a ProRes codec or did you convert it to H265?
It may have been the original ProRes, which I thought was the same format I had for another timelapse video I cloud processed earlier that day and which uploaded and finished within 30 mins (for a 1 minute 8K video)…so maybe I am wrong and the one before was an H265 and the one that failed a ProRes, which would explain the upload timeout? It uploaded all night and failed at 101/102 chunks. But to be clear, you can only process files that are .mp4/h264 or h265?
The cloud can only export videos in AV1, H264, H265 and VP9 at this time. From the Desktop app interface, you should be able to upload a ProRes file, but the file size might cause some issues depending on how large it is and the internet connection.
Ok, got it. Yeah, the place I am in now does not have a good upload speed. At my home-office I have a 1Gb down and 500Mbit up connection, so it wouldn’t be such an issue from there.
I’ll convert to H265 before trying again, thank you!
