Cloud export disappeared

I started a test cloud export which consumed half of my 300 cloud credits but the export disappeared and on topaz myfiles it is not appearing and the local preview file has also 0 KiB.

How to proceed further? Thanks!

Theoretically from logs the Request ID seems to be 98db7b50-74df-4e24-8e77-bea042f98b2

Hi Chris, I took a look at the server logs to see what happened. The file did complete from what I am seeing on our end, its possible the app lost the link or it became broken. Im sending you a direct message with a new link to try and see if that downloads for you.
