Can anyone point me to the exception within the EULA the permits the software to be “used” on more than two computers (at the same time) for Topaz’s own Cloud Export? The user doesn’t know how many computers will be used during cloud export.
I’ve quickly read through the EULA but I may have missed the relevant clause.
In the absence of such an exception, wouldn’t any user using Cloud Export be in breach of the EULA?
EDIT: Also, at the time of writing this, the web page opened within TVAI, supposedly containing the EULA, doesn’t contain the EULA. I’ve tried with two browsers, with blockers disabled just in case. The only EULA I was able to view, and save as PDF, was the one available within the installer that you have to agree to before continuing.
