Cloud credits

What do the different levels of cloud credits mean?
If you bought e.g. 800.
Does it mean that you use these up gradually and have to buy new ones when they run out?
It’s not like you buy a subscription, is it? /Ronny

Hi. Basically yes you can either buy credits outright or have a subscription if you prefer

Here’s a link to the information you need

Hope this helps

Thanks. And I suppose its not a subscription in the ongoing Black Friday Sale?
/Ronny

Hi. If you currently have a valid Topaz licence then you can purchase additional credits in the Black Friday deal.

For instance if you buy 400 credits you get them for the price of 200 credits.

On the other hand, if you don’t have a valid licence and you wish to sign up for Gigapixel or any Black Friday deal, then you can purchase additional credits at the same price 400 credits for the price of 200 and so on

Hope this helps

Hi. Don’t think of it as a Subscription like the one you get with Adobe.

Think of it more like an Auto Renewal (Subscription) is a convenient way of updating your software automatically once your year-long licence has expired.

This has an advantage for you because, you won’t have to wait for a Black Friday deal to get the best price.

Topaz will offer in return a better than Black Friday discount for your loyalty.

Also, you can cancel at anytime although, your current license will run until it expires.

This is still an advantage for you because, unlike other software companies subscription services where the software will stop working.

Topaz will allow you to continue using the latest version from the date your licence expired.

Hope this helps
