Hi Topaz Labs,
Chronos is working very well to smooth 1:1 fps video or while increasing fps.
It works perfectly in most of the case but there is one it is failing and is rendering stutering video instead of smooth.
Such case is happening when you have for instance a black background and the main title coming smoothly and slowly to you (zoom in).
On in the input video, the motion is perfectly smooth.
On the output video, the motion is stutering and looks absolutely not smooth even if the rest of the video with standard items are rendered with smoothed motion.
