In 2.4, changing between the different denoising models doesn’t do anything. As you can see in these screenshots, the denoising stays the same regardless if I’ve selected Normal with a strength of 1, or Strong with a strength of 100
Make sure that you have the proper Selection options on for your Remove Noise feature. In the same enhancement window you can adjust the option by clicking on Selection and adjusting the mask appropriately.
