Can't sign in when trying to use Denoise and Sharpen

I believe I still own Denoise and Sharpen, but I can’t sign in and the software always show as trial version. Can someone take a look and fix the problem?

You need to raise a support request at the main website. Click on the blue callout on the bottom RH side of all pages and click on Ask.

The other alternative is to log into your account and download the versions you are entitled to.
