Cant send anything to the cloud using the Starlight model

I cant send anything to the cloud using the Starlight model, it will give the following errors all the time, even on the exact same clips i sent to the cloud an hour ago where it worked fine.

The cloud can not process this file.

Parameter error for filters:0:slm-1:upscaling_factor
Input should be less than or equal to 8

Im guessing this means that the size or dimensions of the input material is not supported?
But i have tried inputting various sizes and dimensions of the footage but it keeps giving this error.
The local Starlight Mini model works fine, but is unfortunately a bit too slow for the amount of files i need to have processed.

What am i doing wrong, or what is wrong with Topaz Video currently?
Btw this happens just after i press the “Send to Cloud” button and before the compressed file is generated to be sent to the cloud, so it looks like its not even being discarded server side, but locally.

This is a new report that the team is investigating at this time and should have fixed shortly.

They have pushed a few updates to the cloud servers that should take effect and get everything back to processing.

If you still experience issues, please send an email to the support team at help@topazlabs.com with the cloud render ID’s and/or the logs so we can investigate further.

Thank you.

Have the same error.

The team is working on a patch update for this issue as we are seeing it only affects Starlight Mini exports for Windows PC’s. An update should be released soon to correct it.
