I tried my best to find another person that might be experiencing this. Maybe it’s user error, but I can’t seem to get what I render in Topaz to play on iTunes, iPhone, Apple TV, etc.
I am using the H264 Encoder, under default settings and an MP4 container.
What am I doing wrong?

Could you test the same settings but in a .mov container to see if that works with iOS devices?
The issue may also be related to the audio track type. Try using ‘Convert’ and the AAC codec.

I’m sorry, but that didn’t work… the video still will not play on Apple devices. iTunes will not import .mov files, either. My goal here is to upscale some home movies I have in my iTunes library.
