Cant Open the Topaz Video

i just bought when im travelling and now i’m try to install the app, but cant open it ?

thank you so much for helping me, but still same issue.

maybe because before I bought it, I used the crack version to see if my laptop was compatible with this software, then I saw the holiday sale, I was interested and bought it, but it turned out that on my laptop that had the crack, it couldn’t be installed at all, while I was looking for a way to delete the old one. already try unistalling, but still doesnt works.

ah its fixed. finally.. i delete everything in C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video. you can close this threads. thank you so much

The activation issue you’re seeing is typically caused by a .lic file left over from an installation of a 3rd party version of the app.

Let’s have you follow these steps, please be sure not to skip a step!

1. Navigate to the Windows add/remove (or search for it using the search bar)>Search for Topaz Video and click “Uninstall.” When asked if you wish to delete configuration and data files, click yes.

2. Go to the following path and delete the entire “Topaz Video” root folder.

3. C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video\

4. Empty your trash

5. Restart your computer

6. Reinstall: Topaz Video | 1.1.0 | Win
   Topaz Video | 1.1.0 | Mac
