Can't login to Topaz Video /Windows 10^

Hello,I can no longer log in to Topaz Video.

I'm usually permanently logged in, but since I restarted my PC, I'm suddenly logged out and back in trial mode.

When I try to log in, it accepts my email address, but when I enter my password, it doesn't react at all and just grays out the password field.

Even in trial mode, I can't import or edit videos. When I log in to the website, my account is active and everything seems fine.

Can someone please help me?

Can you pull the logs from the app and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com? We can take a look and see what is going on.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
