Hello all. I have been using Topaz Video for a few months. I have just learned you can now use it as a direct plugin in Adobe Premiere Pro. I have installed the Topaz panel but I continually get an error message when trying to upscale a 1080p .MXF/h264 video clip to 4K. Can anyone help? Thanks.
If you hover over the error, is there any info as to what caused the error?
Please right click on the item and copy the request ID number and send us an email so we can look into it! help@topazlabs.com
It just says “network request failed”
The team is still working on getting MXF files supported in the cloud from the Premiere Panel. For now, convert your videos to MOV or MP4 and then they should upload and process from the panel.
Does it process the audio too?
None of the models enhances or alters the audio; it will just copy it over to the export. We have not ventured into audio enhancement at this time.
I have got the video to upscale so that’s good - but it’s not copying the audio. What am I doing wrong?
Just responded to your other forum post about this. Can you share screenshots for reference?
