I need to talk with someone at topaz labs regarding billing and purchase.
I just can’t find any contact info in the website!
Go right to the bottom of the first page of the main site. There is a “Get in touch” button, just under the address for Topaz. Pressing that will open another page where a contact form will open, assuming your browser isn’t causing problems.
Can someone help me find a way to contact Topaz? What @alanhusband-677420 suggested to do does not work anymore.

Thank you for the email address. I was using Firefox. After seeing your comment I tried clicking the contact us button in Brave (a Chromium browser) and saw the help chat appear as intended. Thank you!
That is strange. Your not the first person I’ve seen on this forum to have this issue with Firefox, but I also use Firefox (with uBlock Origin) and don’t have this problem.
Edit: I just tested the Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection feature on “Strict”, and that breaks the support chat box. It works as normal when set to “Standard”.
