Cannot install updates, removed TGA, unable to install full program

Boy, I have tried this several times. I’ve been working on computers for over 40 years now, and I don’t think I’ve seen such difficulty in installing upgrades. I have spent the last two days sitting here, deleleting folders, cleaning my registry, installing, uninstalling, deleting folders, cleaning registry and, now, am pretty fed up. I even tried the .msi but they won’t work because I don’t have the program installed.
In the Bugs section, ida.topazlabs instructed me to upload my DXDIAG to support. Is this it? Where do I upload?
