I’ve recently had to reinstall a lot of my software on a new PC, including Topaz Simplify 4. However, none of the presets will load. The ‘searching for presets’ bar just keeps on going.
On my previous PC, the program worked fine, and I can’t see what’s different on this reinstallation.
I realise this is old software now, but does anyone have an answer to this problem; how do I get the presets back again?
