I urgently need help here! I think I’ve messed up a bit and I’m really worried! I have emailed the support team yesterday but no reply till now…
I clicked on the “Shop the sale” button and I proceeded to payment but for some reason, it was declined. I, however, went and repeated the step but then I realized that only Gigapixel AI downloaded. Now I am not sure if it’s because I had only Gigapixel selected on the next page before clicking the payment button thinking that I wouldn’t need Gigapixel auto-renewal and I left the other two thinking they would be auto-renewed next year by default.
Also, I did cancel the subscription and order thinking it would resolve my issue and I could repeat the steps normally and gain access to Photo and Video AI but this isn’t the case here…
I really hope this can be rectified and you guys can help me out with a solution.

Sorry to bother you with this but may I kindly ask you to take my request further to the team? I know it isn’t your part but I would highly appreciate it if someone gets in touch with me to resolve the problem I am facing… I can see it’s currently the last call for $250 for the package and I am still stuck with Gigapixel - my main requirement is Photo and Video anyways!
I really do not want it to be too late and me losing this opportunity!
