Clicking on help I get thew info that the installed version is 3.04 and that there is no newer software.

Looks like others have already reported that there are issues with that.
You need to check with support, this is a user to user forum and there is no one here that can help you with your account.

Right here. Later on, someone else says they have the same issue, and I think they also confirm that their license expired too.
