Can I set up the gigapixel batch processing, to create subfolders in the output folder and keep the original folder structure?

When batch processing, when you click on “Save x images” the Start Batch Processing dialog allows you to opt to either save to “Source” or to “Custom”. If you chose Custom, then Change, you can select an alternative folder. Right clicking on an existing folder then allows you to create a new folder, or a new sub-folder to be used for the batch, however that folder will apply to all the batch. As far as I am aware you can’t have the batch split up over multiple destination folders.
Alright, thank you. I guess then, i need to split them up manually.
