Granted we’re on older versions of Topaz Video (5.3.1) & Photo (3.5.2), but only because there hasn’t been sufficient progress made on being able to upscale a photo or video containing text without it getting distorted in looking like the hieroglyphics font in Resident Alien. Even when selecting preserve text and selecting the text area(s), it does not help. I came here today and am still seeing messages from a month or two ago with the same issues. We don’t intend on upgrading until we can see demonstrable proof. Don’t get me wrong, these products are great… as long as the subject doesn’t contain any text or logos!
