Camera Shake vs. Motion in Sharpen AI 4.1

There does not seem to be an AI model specific to Camera Shake. In my particular circumstance, while Sharpen AI does a wonderful job sharpening the lines created by camera shake in an image of bright spots on a dark background (mud spots on a dark windshield), it appears to do nothing to reduce or eliminate the lines themselves that were created as a result of the camera shake.

Any ideas?

I, too, need better camera shake and/or subject movement correction. While Photo (Studio) does wonders, this problem seems to be a weak spot in its abilities. While Super Focus and Sharpen (Motion) sometimes help a bit, the results are still not great. Improving this functionality would be a BIG help!
