What effects did you use? I really like this effect.

@Ricci … I used AIRemix (possibly the default or maybe the # strutting ladies) set to high and slightly reduced opacity, then a color overlay to reduce some of the haloing produced by the Remix adjustment … then I use two impression adjustments (first for the flower details and then the messy sketchy one for the background … finished with Color Theme to slightly adjust the colours … then of course your double framing with tweaks
