I paid $99 dollars to get the upgrade package, however, when I attempted to use 3.7.2 of DeNoise it still said I was still on the trial version. I was forced to downgrade back to 3.7.1.
Did you login using the email and password that you used when you bought the package originally?
Yes, same email and password. Then when it did not work I changed the password, same result.
Please raise a support request at the main website as the accounts people will be able to help.
