I bought sharpen AI 1 year ago
Sharpen AI (1 Year Upgrade Plan)

Extends upgrades until May 9, 2023:

You already own Sharpen AI. Your current upgrade plan expired May 7, 2022.

I was under the impression i could continue using this version and not pay for upgrades
now its gone to trial mode and i cant save anything without a watermark

anyone have any ideas please how to fix? I dont want to upgrade really

Yes, you should be able to continue. I have products that are not on active maint.

Try logging out and back in. If that doesn’t fix it, then you may have to open a support ticket to have someone check it out.
