Hey guys, Bloom turned out to be a really cool product and I am using it since about a week, but from yesterday evening on I suddenly experience an extreme drop in quality. One thing is, that many of my results actually look like the got downscaled rather than upscaled, and also the content itself looks way more “drawn” than just two days ago (A photorealistic forest stayed photorealistic, now it suddenly is way more, well, painted so to speak. Plus that approx half of my renderings come back as failed.
I also noticed some new features popping up at the same time, like e.g. preserving colors and faces. So my guess is you are probably right in the middle of implementing a new version and we experience some hiccups due to that?
Same problem. In addition to the low quality, the creativity is also completely blown out, previously Bloom fixed eyes, fingers, etc. Today he will create an exaggerated creativity of the face of a pretty woman and what is worst - he makes women beards!
yes, significant drop in quality - almost unusable !
Aye, it really feels like the database the AI is using to assemble the pictures got downgraded to a very early state. I am mainly doing landscape images and when I tried out Bloom with a free account last week, I got realy cool and almost photorealistic plant replacements and rock variations. The mean thing is, I used those images to showcase the tool to my coworkers so we can get the subscription. And once we got it, right the next day this update happened and now I only get results that look like a, I really have to say, cheap local workflow with almost no training material behind it. All my results look like the typical AI images people are used to since years. Completely unusable. I really hope this is getting worked on and it is only a temporary glitch, because using the tool right now makes no sense at all.
Maybe the system itself is having performance problems, because since Thursday when this happened, I also experience a lot of failed renders and weird database problems as well. (Images suddenly show up again which I deleted some minutes prior, source pictures suddenly have different file names compared to when I uploaded them, and the whole library view is suddenly way slower)
The current situation once more in a nutshell screenshot, so also the upscale settings are visible. A 2x times upscape with medium creativity produces an image which is actually less detailed than the original image in terms of resolution and content, and almost 75% of the renderings fail during the process.
Well, at least I’m not alone. I tested the service today. It worked wonderfully with the test images. So I subscribed to the service. And now every second or third image is pixelated when upscaled, resulting in poorer quality than the original.
Hi, I mean, that problem is just solved ![]()
I see the same problem… I think its not solved… The quality of the service was great, but now is terrible poor quality!!!
Still happening sometimes when face preserve is on ![]()
Preserve faces = Faces destroed
I have same problem ![]()
Absolutely horrible downgrade from last week in quality. Every face gets distorted and women get beards… If you are a Topaz admin get back to me please about what’s happening right now.
